Linton Ellis, MBA, MA

As President of Greater Well-Being, Ellis focuses on the role that relationships play in helping individuals and communities lead happier, healthier, more satisfied lives. With a passion for enhancing individual and community well-being, Ellis specializes in coaching and effective relationship development as a catalyst for personal and community growth. He also has extensive experience in social science research as a member of various research and program evaluation teams. Ellis is the visionary behind the innovative mobile app, myIPRM (My Important Personal Relationships Manager) which promotes improved personal well-being through intentional relationship building.

Jennifer Ellis, PhD

Dr. Jennifer Butler Ellis focuses on helping individuals and groups improve their well-being through self-awareness, critical thinking, and effective communication.  As director of Leadership and Professional Development Centers in two nationally ranked accounting programs for the past 20 years, Dr. Ellis has trained accounting graduate students in judgment and decision making, effective leadership, data storytelling, effective business communication skills, public speaking, and small group and interpersonal communication. She is a certified Innermetrix Analyst who uses the DISC assessment to coach individuals and groups to develop greater self-awareness to improve personal and professional outcomes. Dr. Ellis research centers on educational best practices, the science of learning, and psychological contracts.

Paul C Garrett

Paul C Garrett (Preech) has a heart for helping people live their full potential. Garrett is a Navy veteran with nearly 20 years of organizational and change leadership experience. As a John Maxwell Team, and Innermetrix certified leadership coach, Garrett is focused on helping individuals achieve peak performance through a process of self discovery. He has worked with clients from a wide range of industries including education, insurance and real estate. Preech takes clients on a journey of discovering their true authentic-self by helping them to effectively identify and harmonize their strengths with their motivations and methodologies.

Jill Harms, MA

Jill Harm’s expertise is in the area of professional and organizational communication. With almost three decades of teaching and classroom experience at the collegiate level (Michigan State, Iowa State, and University of Notre Dame), Jill focuses on effective team development, group culture, and the soft skills necessary to successfully communicate in the workplace. Jill also serves as the Mission and Outreach Director for a faith-based organization and is responsible for connecting, implementing, and overseeing programs that address identified community needs. 

Dhaval Patel, PhD, MPH

Dr. Dhaval Patel has one passion in life—to help strengthen communities everywhere in the areas of healthcare/wellbeing, education, economic livelihood, and environment. Over the past many decades, he has lived in and/or worked in 90 countries, bringing people together through his uncommon model for sustainable impact. As an award-winning social entrepreneur, motivational speaker, trainer, senior executive, key advisor, and data geek, his multiple roles have shown him how to build relationships and partnerships across diverse stakeholders in the private sector, non-for-profit arena, and governmental area.
